How can I get involved at the Church of Grace?

Our church is growing and is always in need of volunteers. Below are many of the areas you can get involved and a snapshot of what they entail. 
Cleaning
1. Cleanup after church Fridays
2. Once a week cleaning between services

Setup
1. Setup before church Fridays
2. Setup before special events
3. Set up after special events 
Breakdown
1. Every Friday after the service
2. After every special event 
Kids Club
1. Be on call to watch children in our kids club room on an emergency basis

One time tasks 
1. Clean back parking lot
2.  Clean the Carpet
3. Remove paint from floors
4. Organize storage
5. Organize sound room

Construction
Different projects throughout the year. 
Inventory and Shopping
1.Check paper goods weekly
2. Shop for church needs
Youth group Chaperone
Youth group is once a month. Volunteer 1 time or monthly
Greeter
Arrive at 6 PM. Greet people as they arrive.
Visitor Cards
Hand out visitor cards to newcomers. Collect cards by the end of the evening. 
Bring Snacks
Sign up to bring snacks to service
Follow up
1. Call Visitors to follow up with them
2. Call people who have not been to church in a while

Social media management
Help keeping our Facebook page up to date

Website management
Help work on our website and keep it up to date
Audio/ Video Technician
1.Weekly help in the sound room
2. Help with Audio/ Video and live streaming. 
Secretarial/ Treasurer
We have a huge load of secretarial/ office management tasks. We also have payroll and treasurer tasks.
